When is check-in and check-out time?

The check-in time is from 15:00 to 00:00.
The check-out time is 11:00.

If you would like an early check-in and late check-out,
please search "Early Check-in" and "Late Check-out" in the chat room below.

Early Check-In, Late Check-Out

Early check-in may be available but not guaranteed. Please enquire at front desk as soon as you know.

You can arrive prior to check-in time on the day, leave your luggage at front desk, and use the hotel's facilities.
We will let you know when the room is ready.
There will be a surcharge.

The check-out time is 11:00, and late check-out may be possible with surcharge.

Lat check-out: KRW 10,000 until 12:00, KRW 30,000 won 13:00, KRW 50,000 until 15:00 subject to availability so please enquire as soon as you know.

Room cleaning

We come to clean room every day if you want.

If you don't want us to, please inform the front desk.

Charge for additional guest

Surcharge for additional guest is KRW 20,000 (subject to room types).
We will arrange a sofa bed or extra bed in the room.

Bed guard is also available upon request.

What's the size of the bed?

There are three different types of bed.

Large King Size: 180 cm wide, 200 cm long
Super Single Size: 110 cm wide, 200 cm long
Super King Size: 220 cm wide, 200 cm long

In addition, Sofa bed (Extra bed) Size is 90 cm Wide (Standard Single Size), 200 cm long.

Do you have a room with wooden floor?

We have 2 floor types, wooden or carpet (100% wool).

Rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors are equipped with wooden floors.
Rooms on the 4th and 5th floors are with carpet (100% wool).

Should you have a preference, please let us know as soon as you know.
